Everyone at FabricSmiths wants our customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase.
At FabricSmiths we don't keep any inventory, every item ordered is manufactured on-demand, to your specifications, for you. This means we can't accept any returns unless the product has manufacturing faults.
If you, or your customer, have been unfortunate enough to receive a faulty product, please email us at support@FabricSmiths.com, including; your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll try to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your email to arrange a product return and/or credit/refund, once the issue has been confirmed as being our fault.
Please do not return the item until we have provided you with a return authorization via email. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without abiding by the above instructions.
All possible product faults must be communicated to us within 10 days of the product being delivered.
